Refund policy

Given the unique quality of our puzzles, returns are handled on a one-by-one basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Our puzzles are handmade and sold as is. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is overly damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
